Features of modern high-performance heat sinks
Depending on the requirements, EKL combines various production methods to join the modules into an efficient heat sink, including bonding, pressing, soldering, skived fins and friction stir welding.
If the calculated cooling capacity is still not sufficient, embedded heat pipes or liquid heat sinks can be used to achieve the desired power dissipation.
